1. Consultation & Digital Products

• Once a consultation or Feather Fortune Report is booked and payment is received, it is non-refundable.

• Digital products (reports, remedies, consultations) cannot be returned once delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

• To reschedule, inform us 24 hours in advance.

• Missed sessions without notice will be considered as availed.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Duplicate payment is made.

• Technical error in payment gateway caused a failed transaction.

4. Mode of Refund

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

• Transaction charges (if any) will be deducted.
